A statement from our owner-operator:
At The Galley & Mary Margaret’s, we take the safety of our staff and our guests very seriously. We are increasing the measures of disinfecting and cleaning routine at this time. Our staff washes their hands every opportunity and with great frequency. We will be increasing the cleaning frequency of all doors, door handles and tables with the use of a multi-quat sanitizer.
Our staffs do not work sick. When any symptoms arise, staffer are sent home until no symptoms remain. No one works sick at The Galley or Mary Margaret’s and that includes management.
While the immediate health risk remains low to Americans and there isn’t a vaccine yet, there are still ways that you can help prevent the spread of this virus.
To prevent the spread of this illness or other illnesses, including the flu:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water,
- Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze,
- Stay home when you’re sick, and
- Call your doctor if you think you’re ill.

While we don’t want to add to the hysteria or panic, we want to take the appropriate precautions and treat this threat with seriousness.
The safety and welfare of our guests and Staff are our number 1 priority.
